Kelmac Group's Understanding ISO 22000:2005 course helps participants gain a better understanding of the "best practices" for food safety. To provide delegates with the appropriate background, the course covers the basics of a food safety management system (FSMS), the process approach, and management system documentation.  The course explains each requirement in ISO 22000 and provides participants with the tools to objectively evaluate the applicability of the requirements in their industry.

• Auditor Certification and ISO/IEC 17024:2003  
• Purpose of a Food Safety Management System
• Evolution of Food Safety Management Systems
• Why Food Safety Management?
• ISO 22000:2005 Requirements

Course Assessment

The delegate is assessed based on participation and performance throughout the duration of the course. This includes all exercises, role plays, case studies and all other activities during the course. Please note, full attendance is required during the training course.
